Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to all staff.
• Coordinate various HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, handling inquiries and preparing HR-related documents.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth integration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
