Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain robust HSEQ management systems and procedures.
Ensure full compliance with local, national, and international HSEQ regulations and standards.
Conduct thorough risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
Provide expert HSEQ training and foster a proactive safety culture among employees.
Monitor and analyze HSEQ performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare detailed HSEQ reports and present findings to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Proven extensive experience in HSEQ management, preferably within the manufacturing or chemical industry.
Strong knowledge of relevant HSEQ standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Relevant HSEQ certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
