Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans and procedures for infra and road projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
- Identify potential hazards and risks, implementing effective control measures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs to all project personnel.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer, specifically in infrastructure or road construction.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE standards (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).
- Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, OSHA) are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
