Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all human resources operations in strict compliance with JAFZA regulations and UAE labor laws.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures tailored to the automotive industry within the Free Zone.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent acquisition to onboarding, for all staff.
- Handle employee relations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions effectively.
- Ensure timely processing of visas, labor cards, and other government-related documentation for JAFZA employees.
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to management on organizational development and talent management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Manager, with significant expertise in JAFZA regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration processes, and Free Zone compliance requirements.
- Proven experience within the Automotive Industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage complex HR situations, and maintain confidentiality.
