Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably within the UAE.
• Sound knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
