Key Responsibilities

• Partner with construction leadership to define staffing requirements and talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for construction related positions ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Identify training needs specific to the construction team and work with the Learning & Development team.
• Collaborate with construction managers to develop and implement performance management systems.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives tailored to the unique needs of construction teams.
• Oversee workforce planning to ensure that construction projects are adequately staffed and that project deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong strategic partnership and business acumen to align HR with organizational goals.
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to resolve complex HR issues, drive organizational change, and support leadership development.
