Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Housing Operations and support HR core functions.
• Monitor/track employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up.
• Assist in handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
• Inform Human Resources management of employee relations issues.
• Respond to employee and management questions about HR programs, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
