Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all hotel departments.
- Implement and maintain luxury hotel quality standards.

- Develop and monitor budgets in collaboration with senior management.
- Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring profitability and quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff across all departments.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of operational and management experience in the UAE hotel industry.
- Solid management background with service, results, and quality orientation.
- Proficiency in English and additional languages is preferred.
- Inspiring, innovative, and ambitious with a strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with Accor management software is a plus.
