Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and managing waiting lists.
• Providing menus and answering initial questions.
• Seating guests while optimizing table rotation.
• Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Responding to and resolving guest complaints.
• Answering phone calls and taking reservations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
• Strong F&B knowledge.
• Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse clientele.
• Dynamic team player with a commitment to high service standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
