Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Guests’ needs during the stay.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations or similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Strong guest drive, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
