Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all incoming service requests and inquiries efficiently.
• Allocate tasks to appropriate teams and track their progress to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and strict adherence to service level agreements.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders regarding request status and updates.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on service desk performance and efficiency metrics.
• Support the implementation and optimization of new service desk tools and processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in a coordination or helpdesk role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using helpdesk software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
