Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, answer menu inquiries, and explain ingredients.
- Present daily specials, recommend food and beverages, and take accurate orders.
- Manage cashiering tasks using the MICROS system and process various payments.
- Oversee section operations, collect guest feedback, and assist with inquiries.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to fulfill and expedite orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, prepare service areas, and follow hygiene standards.
Requirements
- One or two years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury property.
- Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
