Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the wine program across all food and beverage outlets.
• Provide expert wine recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
• Oversee wine inventory, procurement, and cellar management with precision.
• Train and mentor junior sommelier staff on wine knowledge and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all beverage regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create harmonious food and wine pairings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Sommelier or Senior Sommelier in a luxury hotel or fine-dining setting.
• Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and cigar pairings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction and team leadership.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Relevant sommelier certifications (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers) are highly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
