Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters and provide strategic legal advice.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.

• Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head of Legal or in a senior legal counsel role.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution.
