Key Responsibilities

• Greet and take care of marina guests, handling all inquiries.
• Accomplish general office procedures, including customer e-mailing responses and document preparation.
• Deal with berth-related contracts, storage usage, and issue invoices.
• Insert necessary data and keep records up to date in the marina management software.
• Collect payments and hand them over to the accounting department with related reports.
• Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school or bachelor’s degree (preferably from a Maritime School or a School of Tourism).
• Front desk / Hospitality and service experience (Marina or Hotel or Camp) for a minimum of 2 years.
• Ability to address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ability to respond to customer needs and requests in a timely manner.
• Must have experience in preparing operational and financial records for Management review.
