Requirements

• Proven experience in a guest relations, front office, or similar customer service role within a luxury hotel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
