Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead dynamic and safe group exercise classes (e.g., aerobics, yoga, spinning, strength training).
- Provide clear instruction, modifications, and encouragement to participants of all fitness levels.
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm to motivate and inspire members.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive class atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and techniques.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all class participants.
Requirements
- Certified Group Exercise Instructor from a recognized organization.
- Proven experience in leading group fitness classes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and physiology.
- Ability to create engaging and effective class formats.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
