Key Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of Customer Service, including gift wrapping and after-sales service.
• Greet all customers promptly and politely as they enter the store.
• Guide customers throughout the store as per their requests.
• Operate as a cashier and ensure accuracy in money handling.
• Keep the shop floor clean and tidy, restocking goods when needed.
• Ensure grooming standards are followed as per brand standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Chocolate, Food Retail, or Food & Beverage industry.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Good customer facing and communication skills.
