Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve daily maintenance requests in staff accommodation.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Carry out general repair works including ceilings, walls, floors, doors, locks, and furniture.
- Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Inspect and maintain appliances such as refrigerators and air conditioners.
- Follow all safety procedures and report potential risks promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical/vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or plumbing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
