Key Responsibilities

• Deliver items directly to guests in their rooms.
• Provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, the front desk, or other areas that need assistance.
• Ensure the smooth running of operations throughout the hotel.
• Read and verify information in a variety of formats, including small print.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines visually.

Requirements

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds (25 kg) without assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, and stooping.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
• Ability to move in narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as up and down stairs or service ramps.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
