Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Speak fluently in Russian to assist Russian-speaking guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Russian is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
