Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day interior fit-out works for luxury villas.
• Ensure all works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration with architectural finishes.
• Monitor site progress, identify potential delays, and proactively coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on site planning, logistics, and technical challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out works on luxury villas or high-end residential projects in Dubai.
• Hands-on experience with high-quality architectural finishes and bespoke joinery.
• Familiarity with project reporting tools and documentation standards.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate IFC drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
