Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. IFRS).
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, governance, and financial policies.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities.
• Oversee payroll coordination, procurement controls, and expense management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, banks, and external advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a senior finance or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.
