Key Responsibilities

Prepare annual sales budgets for all regions in coordination with the Retail Team and CEO Group.
Support management with financial modeling for new store openings and expansion projects.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes across all entities.
Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
Manage internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure full tax compliance across GCC and European regions (VAT, customs, excise, corporate tax).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in luxury retail, multi-country operations, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT/GCC taxation, and international financial regulations.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams.
