Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices against purchase orders.
• Follow up on statements of account from suppliers.
• Prepare all government payments before the deadline.
• Process payments for local suppliers through an escrow bank account.
• Handle all areas of accounts payable and adapt to changes.
• Support and provide necessary documents during audits.

Requirements

• Graduate in college (degree in accounting).
• Proficient in English communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.
• Minimum 2 years to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to converse & communicate with internal & external guests with confidence
