Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional qualification (CPA/ACCA) preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably within the real estate development sector.
Strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting standards (IFRS), and tax regulations in the UAE.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
