Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day operations of direct reports and ensure compliance to finance policies and procedures.
- Ensure month-end closing commitments are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate books, records, and accounts reflecting company transactions and asset administration.
- Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly and discrepancies are immediately addressed.
- Manage the Annual Internal Audit and associated reports, as well as any Interim Internal Audits.
- Monitor and supervise month-end activities and prepare monthly P&L and Forecast.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, ideally in a creative or project-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance and a Professional Finance accreditation (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or CIMA).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in computer software systems such as MS Office and knowledge of QuickBooks is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced excel skills.
