Key Responsibilities

• Make Invoices & Sales Agreements of New cars and used cars.
• Submit the claims to the banks and following the payments.
• Collect & check the Bank claim papers for finance deals from sales executives.
• Keep records of all new cars & used cars invoices and its registration.
• Responsible in submitting invoice copies& Registration copies to Accounts Department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training in finance, insurance, or automotive sales is an advantage.
• Previous experience in finance, insurance, or automotive sales is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
