The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily onsite safety briefs before the start of any WTI project.
Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
Efficiently manage projects, including crew start and end times, daily productivity, and ensuring tools and materials are available.
Complete projects per the approved scope of work or specification.
Complete end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-throughs to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items.
Monitor and manage Field Reps, consulting with the Supervisor to resolve employee work-related issues.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems.
30-hour OSHA certification.
Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
