Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets.

- Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs.
- Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up-to-date with app offerings.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of retail and clientelling.
- Understanding of luxury, personalized customer service A-Z.
- Well-versed with KPIs and achieving high targets.
- Passion for Versace and understanding of the brand.
