Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all assigned facilities.
• Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Prepare and manage the annual facility budget, controlling costs effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in facility management software (CMMS) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
