Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Facilities Management department.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive FM strategy.
• Support the expansion of FM services into the external market.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and governance frameworks to support portfolio growth.
• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance across various assets.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and UAE fire safety codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Proven experience managing FM operations through third-party service providers.
• Strong technical expertise in MEP systems, building services, and life safety systems.
• Experience in budgeting, CAPEX and OPEX planning, and cost control.
