Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant data and records.
• Build and manage strong professional relationships with retail tenants.
• Address tenant complaints, issues, and operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure tenant compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and DHAM lease policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure stores are operational, well-maintained, and safe.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure tenant fit-out requirements are implemented as approved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in retail, real estate, mall operations, tenant relations, or customer experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
