Manage the full sales process, facilitating new vehicle sales. Ensure seamless customer transactions and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted retail vehicle sales and profitability.
• Manage the full sales process for new vehicles.
• Record and track customer enquiries in the dealer management system.
• Ensure seamless customer transactions within agreed timelines.
• Maximize profitability of each sale and maintain showroom standards.
• Follow company sales processes in line with legal and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in car sales with exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales process, product knowledge, and customer-facing roles.
• Strong negotiating skills, including handling finance and trade-in deals.
• Problem-solving abilities with experience in managing complex situations.
• Hands-on, proactive, and culturally aware work ethic.
