Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for roads and infrastructure projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine the full scope of work.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary data.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Present comprehensive estimates and proposals to management and clients, ensuring clarity and justification.
• Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities related to project costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an Estimation Engineer, with a strong focus on roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimation software, techniques, construction costs, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Office Suite).
