Key Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to the content strategy for the banking website.
• Write, edit, and update website content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across all content.
• Ensure regulatory awareness in all written materials.
• Create customer education content related to banking products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional content writing experience.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Experience writing website content.
• UX writing or microcopy experience (CTAs, forms, error messages).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in content writing for the retail banking, digital banking, fintech or financial institutions.
