An exciting opportunity has arisen for Engineering Manager to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include To lead and oversee engineering teams in the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with Jumeirah’s objectives, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee engineering teams in design, development, and implementation of solutions.
  • Provide strategic direction and foster collaboration to drive technical excellence.
  • Handle programming and administration of BMS systems.
  • Plan and coordinate reprogramming/upgrading of BMS systems for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment management procedures.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant exposure in the hospitality sector.
  • Software competencies - Microsoft Office programs (Advanced).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any other relevant field.
  • Problem solving, leadership and team management skills.
