Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational safety policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and formulate effective mitigation strategies for all operational activities.
• Ensure stringent compliance with local and international quality standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses comprehensively, recommending and overseeing corrective actions.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing safety and quality performance.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings on safety and quality performance to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial) or a closely related technical field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in operational safety, quality management, or risk assessment within an industrial or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, AS9100).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff and external bodies.
• Proficiency in using risk assessment methodologies and quality control tools and software.
