Al Ghurair is seeking an Engineer - Facilities to supervise, coordinate, and control all activities related to maintenance, refurbishment/modifications, and construction/installations of equipment, buildings, and systems. The role involves ensuring PPM activities are carried out as per schedule and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure high facility reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and control all maintenance, refurbishment, and construction activities.
• Ensure PPM activities are carried out as per schedule.
• Coordinate cohesive functioning of various stakeholders to ensure high facility reliability.
• Develop and implement an effective preventive maintenance program.
• Implement a sound facility inspection program to minimize maintenance costs.
• Develop plans to achieve contractual KPIs without non-compliances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Proficient with M.S Office Suite, working knowledge in AutoCAD & Facilities Management software tools.
• Good organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, and audit requirements.
