Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and public address systems.
Ensure all installations comply with design specifications, industry standards, and local authority regulations.
Identify and document any non-conformities or deficiencies during inspections.
Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress.
Verify the quality of materials and workmanship used in ELV system installations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an ELV Inspector or in a similar role within the construction or engineering sector.
Strong knowledge of various ELV systems and relevant international codes and standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
