You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and measuring all educational initiatives and event requirements across the MEA region, ensuring alignment with global strategies while supporting the operational efficiency of the ME Magic Office. The role combines education coordination, event management, budget oversight, and office organisation to drive impactful training experiences and regional engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage training content and creation for all field communication.
Deliver training materials for digital modules and classroom sessions.
Align with Global education to ensure regional strategy alignment.
Design and collate surveys, sharing results with stakeholders.
Manage education and events calendars in coordination with various teams.
Lead planning for classroom training, regional events, and marketing moments.

Requirements

Previous operational experience with retail environment understanding.
Excellent written and verbal English skills (grammar checks and proof-reading required).
Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills with attention to detail.
Personable and approachable with the ability to build rapport.
Proficiency in Excel (v-look ups, concatenate, custom filters, tables, sums).
Strong PowerPoint skills for creating detailed presentations.
