Key Responsibilities

Manage, track, and maintain project documentation including drawings, correspondence and reports.
Ensure all documents are accurately filed, indexed, and easily retrievable in both electronic and hard copy formats.
Maintain version control and ensure that only current and approved revisions are distributed and used.
Coordinate document flow between internal departments, contractors, and clients.
Support project teams in preparing and submitting documentation to clients in the required formats and timelines.
Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and project-specific requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in marine, construction, or engineering sectors.
Wrench Software experience mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint(preferred).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
