• Salary Range: AED 20,000 to 22,000 plus benefits
• Job Type: Full-time
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marine, Mechanical, or related Engineering
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Dockmaster or in a senior marine operations capacity overseeing docking and undocking procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Implement departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Enforce adherence to company information security and confidentiality regulations.
• Supervise the end-to-end docking cycle.
• Lead and guide the Dockmasters, Ship Lift Operators, Dock Workers, and associated personnel.
• Assume full responsibility for the condition, maintenance, and performance of ship lifts and related equipment.
• Oversee the accuracy of operational documentation and verify all service records.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of naval architecture and marine engineering principles.
• Proficiency in docking calculations, vessel stability assessments, and equipment capacity management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Certified in ship lifting and docking operations; exposure to different vessel types preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Dockmaster or in a senior marine operations capacity.
