Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute daily dispatch plans based on sales orders and production availability.
Coordinate with Packing Plant and Production teams to ensure stock availability meets market demand.
Monitor and reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) for trucks inside the plant.
Manage relationships with external transporters and logistics service providers.
Negotiate freight rates and contracts to optimize transportation costs.
Ensure compliance with local transportation laws and company statutory regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and dispatch, with at least 5 years in the Cement or Heavy Manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in SAP (Sales & Distribution module) and MS Excel.
Deep understanding of cement logistics and geographical route planning.
Strong negotiation capabilities and crisis management skills.
