Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain efficient engineering team structures.
• Recruit, onboard, and train engineering staff.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance on software architecture.
• Mentor engineering managers and key contributors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a product company.
• 3+ years as Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, or Head of Engineering.
• 3+ years as a Senior Software Engineer with full-stack development experience.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and software development lifecycle (SWDL).
• Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and highly available backend systems.
