Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for external facilities management and maintenance.
- Oversee the operational efficiency and upkeep of all outdoor areas, landscaping, and external infrastructure.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements for external programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all external facilities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of facilities professionals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of external facilities with overall resort operations.
Requirements
- Proven track record of 8+ years in facilities management, with significant experience in luxury hospitality or large-scale resorts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of facilities systems, maintenance best practices, and relevant UAE regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage complex projects effectively.
