Job Overview

DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) is seeking a Director - Community Management to provide strategic leadership and direction for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of DMCC’s Community Management strategy across the entire DMCC zone. The Director will oversee all aspects of infrastructure, facilities, and public realm management, ensuring world-class standards of community living and tenant satisfaction. Extensive experience in international, high-end community and mixed-use development management is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term vision for Community Management.
  • Oversee the formulation and execution of strategic plans.
  • Monitor and measure the implementation of the division strategy.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to DMCC’s leadership.
  • Manage the achievement of division objectives through effective leadership.
  • Approve the overarching community management strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in community management or property management.
  • At least 7-10 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Local Authority regulations.
