Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP design drawings and specifications for various building types.
- Perform calculations for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, international codes, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate MEP designs.
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and tender specifications.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in MEP design for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and simulation software.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
