Key Responsibilities
- Liaise and coordinate with the Design team, Principals, Consultants, Landlords, and clients in design planning.
- Provide Projects team with necessary drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Assist in detailed design development, monitor progress, and offer suggestions for improvements.
- Review retail brand manuals and project Design applications to ensure compliance on site.
- Coordinate shop drawings between client, subcontractors, and the execution team.
- Conduct regular site visits for observations and ensure compliance checks.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in operating AutoCAD.
- Expertise and knowledge to solve design and project execution problems.
- Degree in Architecture with knowledge of preparing Concept/Detail drawings and designs.
- Experience in construction / interior fit-out projects is preferred.
