Dicetek LLC is seeking a Data Center Operator to monitor and provide first-level technical support on IT Infrastructure Facilities, Windows and Unix servers hosted in T1, T2, T3 & DR Data Centers and other remote locations. The ideal candidate will provide daily updates on infrastructure-related events to management for review and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor IT Infrastructure Facilities, Windows and Unix servers.
- Provide first-level technical support in T1, T2, T3 & DR Data Centers.
- Provide daily updates on infrastructure-related events to management.
- Perform Data Center Day-to-Day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology / MCA.
- Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP).
- 2 - 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of IT Service Support Functions.
- Knowledge of Data Center Facilities.
- Valid UAE driving License.
